What We Offer
Comprehensive Evaluation
During your initial evaluation, your physical therapist will ask you several questions about your condition, previous level of function and how is your present condition affecting the way you live. The initial evaluation is necessary for your PT specialist to understand what you are dealing with.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy, or manipulative therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it mostly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a mobilisation of the soft tissues in order to induce relaxation. Therapeutic massage uses a combination of specific massage techniques to produce a therapeutic effect. Therapeutic massage can be used to reduce stress, decrease pain and increase feeling of calmness and well-being.
Joint Mobilization
Joint mobilization is a manual therapy intervention, a type of straight-lined, passive movement of a skeletal joint that addresses arthrokinematic joint motion rather than osteokinematic joint motion. It is usually aimed at a 'target' synovial joint with the aim of achieving a therapeutic effect.

Heat & Cryotherapy
Thermotherapy consists of application of heat or cold (cryotherapy) for the purpose of changing the cutaneous, intra-articular and core temperature of soft tissue with the intention of improving the symptoms of certain conditions.
Return to Play Preparation
While traditional physical therapy helps with the initial rehabilitation after sustaining an injury or having surgery, a return to sport program helps you rebuild the strength needed to prevent re-injury. With our program, a licensed physical therapist will ensure that you’re ready to return to playing.
Mulligan Mobilization with Movement
Mobilization with movement (MWM) is the concurrent application of sustained accessory mobilization applied by a therapist and an active physiological movement to end range applied by the patient. Passive end-of-range overpressure, or stretching, is then delivered without pain as a barrier.
Electric/Neuromuscular Stimulation
Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation or NMES uses a device that sends electrical impulses to nerves. This input causes muscles to contract. The electrical stimulation can increase strength and range of motion, and offset the effects of disuse.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy (BFRT) is achieved through the application of external pressure over the extremities via a cuff while performing rehabilitation. The applied pressure is sufficient to maintain arterial inflow while occluding venous outflow distal to the occlusion site.
Fitness & Wellness Evaluation
A physical therapist will meet you, discuss your goals, any concerns, and what you’d like to improve. They will then assess you, looking for areas of weakness, imbalance, old or chronic injury, and more. You’ll then receive a custom plan and a list of home exercises designed to address the PT’s findings.
